Roger is the friendly face that greets you when you come to Hoffman's. He is the heart and soul, as well as the driving force of the business. Besides all the behind the scenes "Boss Duties", Roger does the lions share of the buying, as well as sharing in the day to day operations, including: moving cleaning, fixing, and pricing items. Plus his knowledge of local history is quite impressive. Strike up a conversation when you stop by.

When she's not baking the BEST chocolate chip cookies in the area, or helping out at her church, Pam is here keeping our household item displays full and looking great. You will find her behind the counter on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, ready to help you with your purchases.

Second in Command, Innovative Repairs, Sales, and Lumberjack
A long time employee, Dave gets the call when something needs fixing. Repairing, refinishing, and moving furniture are just some of his duties. Along with Matt and Roger, Dave helps keep the store in order and priced. Dave is also responsible for the Facebook page updates and email duties. Don't mind his wry sense of humor when you catch him behind the counter on Fridays and Sundays.

Phonographs, Sales, and Organization
Don't be fooled by his appearance, Matt is wise beyond his years. Besides being our resident phonograph, and music box expert, he is our eyes and ears on market values and trends. Matt also helps with the cleaning, and repair of our furniture, and reorganizing the store each week. He always has ideas for new displays. Ask him for help when he's behind the counter on Saturdays.
